What happens in a session?

A session begins with a conversation about what is happening in your life, what you are experiencing and what you would like help with. You do not need to arrive with a perfectly defined problem. Sometimes the starting point is simply a feeling that something is out of balance.

From there, we may explore the issue through your story, emotions, physical sensations, energetic patterns and spiritual context, allowing the underlying shape of the problem to become clearer.

The healing itself may involve shamanic energy work, tracking and clearing heavy energy, working with spiritual allies and lineage, restoring or integrating lost energy, divination and ceremony. Depending on the session, I may use practices such as rattling, smoke, sound, cards or other traditional tools to support the work and create sacred space.

Where physical illness is part of the reason for seeking healing, the session may also explore the energetic and spiritual patterns associated with what the body is experiencing. This does not mean assuming that illness has a single spiritual cause. Rather, the physical body is included as part of the whole person, alongside the emotional, energetic and spiritual aspects of their experience.

You remain an active participant throughout the process. My role is not to “fix” you, but to facilitate the conditions in which healing, insight, restoration and reconnection can take place. This makes each session very individual and tailored to your specific needs and context.

We finish with time to integrate what has happened, discuss anything that emerged, and consider how the work might be carried forward into ordinary life.

You do not need to have any previous experience with shamanism, energy work or spiritual practice. Curiosity and a willingness to engage with the process are enough.
